Event Details

At 11:30, Steve Hilger and Ben Hammond from the law firm Hilger and Hammond will be speaking on legal issues in our industry. They will be covering changes to the AIA contract documents. They will also be comparing Consensus Documents to the AIA contract documents.

At 12:30, Randy Sherwood from Sandler Training will present on how to actually go out and find, qualify, and close people who can and will agree to pay for professional services. This session focuses on how to sell professional services.

2 credit hours of learning units will be provided.

This seminar is limited to the first 40 people that register on Eventbrite.

The event is free to students and AIA members and $15 for non-members.  All non-members must pay in advance by credit card through Eventbrite (there is a $1.81 fee added by Eventbrite) or by check (no fee added, just $15 per person) made out to AIA Grand Valley and sent to:  AIA Grand Valley, 10238 10 Mile Road, NE, Rockford, MI 49341.
